Terms of Use
Agreement
By accessing https://classicconstructionsolutions.ca, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, do not use the site.
Not professional advice on site
Website content is general information about outdoor construction services. It is not engineering, legal, or insurance advice for your specific property. Conditions on your lot may differ; a site visit and written scope are required before work.
Quotes & contracts
A website inquiry does not form a contract. Pricing, timelines, and warranties — if any — are only binding when set out in a written agreement signed by both parties (or otherwise agreed in writing as required by law).
Permits & compliance
Property owners remain responsible for municipal bylaws, easements, and approvals unless a contract explicitly assigns those responsibilities. We will identify permit triggers when known, but site-specific verification may require records searches and municipal consultation.
Intellectual property
Text, branding, photography supplied by us, and site design elements are owned by Classic Construction Solutions or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse materials for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party services
The site may link to third parties (for example, Instagram). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Classic Construction Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $50) or the minimum amount permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classic Construction Solutions from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights — except where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
